Hard Work Pays Off....sometimes

Kenny has been collecting cans for about 5 months. He's been having a few people on our block collect them for him and he goes over to their houses and picks them up. Monday, we took the cans in to see what all his hard work was worth.

$3.62 for 5 months of work?!!! Welcome to the real world Kenny!!! .28 a pound, that's all you get!! The lady said 4 months ago it was .70 a pound. Next time we'll check before we give the cans to them. He bought a lunchable with his hard earned mula.

Well...Bubba (Myles' nickname that Phil gave him) is a whopping 17lbs! He's such a big boy. Khiani and Kenny are doing well - Khiani was invited to a Future Statesmen convention in Orlando Florida because of her grades. They scout out children who maintain a 3.5 GPA or higher. It's expensive though, so I'm not sure if she'll be going...I really think it'd be great for her though. Well, I'll put more later. Love you all.
